In the recent days, AIDS/HIV/STD has become very burning issue in Bangladesh and already many people have been identified with HIV/AIDS virus and some of them have died in the mean time. It has been found that in India, 7500,000 have been found with AIDS virus, which is affecting in Bangladesh as it is the nearest country of India and daily many people from Bangladesh are going to India and Indian also coming in Bangladesh. Due to poverty in Bangladesh many women and men are involved with sex business, which has been alarming Bangladesh for HIV/AIDS. Especially in boarder areas, many women are involved with sex business and spreading HIV/AIDS virus in the country. So, HIV/AIDS is the most burning issue in Bangladesh, which has no medicine or treatment. So, it has become essential to educate and aware the people as well as the street children, child laborers, working children, youth society and adolescent girls for their life saving, because those diseases are spreading in the town areas rapidly. Already, in Bangladesh a good number of affected people have been identified and some of them already died. The staffs need to educate the working children and surrounding people about the seriousness of AIDS/HIV.STD diseases and affects. They require to discuss about the dangerousness of these diseases and provide them preventive education. Therefore, it is necessary of continuous motivation, education need to be carried out among the working children, slum people and surrounding people. They require to arrange seminars and documentary film shows to aware them about these diseases. Apart from these, regular posters need to be collected and displayed in the town areas for common awareness raising. As a result of this program the transmission the people have become awareness enough and the possibility of transmission of HIV/AIDS reduced.
