Career Summary and Areas of Competency:
MSS on Sociology from Dhaka University and involved in development arena for about 20 years and worked in local, national and international organization in different positions like Coordinator-M&E, Technical Officer, Program officer-LGI capacity building, Deputy Director and Executive Director etc. He attained considerable experiences on designing project and writing proposal, Concept Note and Expression of Interest on all issues of development and gathered considerable knowledge and understanding on these development issues during the profession life. Presently, he has been working as freelance consultant and providing all development services to the NGOs and conducting different types of study, assessment and evaluation of different programs including water and sanitation programme.

Job Performed as Consultant are conducting research, study, designing, monitoring and evaluation:
- Evaluated the Hygiene Sanitation and Water supply (HYSAWA) Project, Septermber, 2011
- Conducted Organizational evaluation of Shushilon, Khulna assessed the institutional capacity and programs performance of Micro Finance, Human rights with LGI’s and WatSan, April, 2010.
