In our country, there are a lot child labors. The existence of child labor is the result of extreme poverty situation of the country especially for the people living below the poverty line and lack of awareness among the parents and guardians. The unaware parents and guardians do not like to send to the children to school for education rather they like to involve them in the children in domestic affairs and agricultural activities to increase the family income. Again, there are some children from extreme poor family leave the household and go to the town and work in industries and workshops and do the hazardous job. The government and development actors are aware about the matter but due to lack proper and effective initiatives they remained as child labor. To attain the millennium development goal and ensure education for all it need immediate attention to bring all the children education. The possible goal of the project may be to eliminate the worse form of Child Labor following the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 182 and specific objectives may be the following:
• Conduct household survey and identify the hazardous children and provide non-formal and skill development training
• Ensure non-formal education for the children involve in hazardous job for 24 months following the set syllabus provided by MOLE (if any) or any standard module followed by the different implementing organization.
• Provide skill based training to the child labor on different trade that indicated in the terms of reference ( Skill Development Training will be conducted considering the feasibility and capacity of the children )
• Motivate and raise awareness among the parents and guardians and employers of the children to create enabling environment for the education and skill development training to the targeted children.
Considering the above objectives the development organization's management and government authorities require to plan activities that will contribute to the attainment of project goal and objectives.
