I face this problem when I setup windows and automatically deleted my Skype Software. I went into skype.com to download skype for my old account. But when I click on get Skype for download it's software and log in with my old password, it shows create account. I mean it's not possible to download skype for old account without create a new ID. After searching a long time about this issue, I failed and search third party software provider where no need to create any account.
