It is really a difficult to design a new project. In writing a new and good project is required to be aware from the need assessment to writing project proposal. The need assessment must have to come from the beneficiaries of the of the project who will really be benefitted from the project. But in most cases, we never consider it. It is really a wrong process. We must have to design project based on the needs of the participants for whom we are designing the project.
In problem statement part we must have to write the problems of the participants point to point basis that we really want to address in the project. On the basis of the problems we have to develop the project objectives, expected results and activities. Otherwise, the project will not have relevance and sequence.
