The non government organizations in the country has been serving the people as an additional force to sustainable development for the most marginalized people like hard core and extreme poor men, women and children including minority. The organizations also have been implementing various programs such as; women and children rights and violence against women through enhance knowledge and skill to improve their family and social status so that men and women can work together for their sustainable development with peace and justice. But in some areas of Bangladesh, there exist a lot of extreme minority people like Horizon, Santal, Hindu, Christian, non religious, sweeper and they have no assets, power and dignity in the society. They are always deprived and their rights are continuously infringed by the majority and well off people of the society. They are usually have been becoming the victim of violence, torture, repression, land grabbing, rape, indignity and undermining. No one are keeping their side and protecting their rights. They are passing their lives in a helpless manner. Even, they have no access to the household of the general people. They hate them and try to keep them detached. They are not getting the justice from the existing society. Considering this perspective the development activities need to design the project to promote their rights and mainstreaming them in the society. The activities of the project require to be planned that will contribute to the attainment of the desired impact effectively.
